We only process exchanges or refunds in the rare case where a product arrives damaged during transit. To help us review your claim fairly:
Unboxing Video Required – Customers must record a clear unboxing video of the package at the time of opening. This helps us verify that the item was damaged in transit and not after delivery.
Claim Window – Any exchange or refund claim must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the delivery.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
After verification, we will confirm next steps and arrange for a replacement or refund (as applicable).
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
